Having spent the last two years in my previous role of Test Lead in a LOT of triage meetings I found this post to be both hilarious and educational for people opening bugs.  If everyone would do the opposite of the recommendations listed there when opening bugs I could have spent a lot less time in triage and more time actually testing.  The Core IDE team has actually linked to the post from our triage guidelines page for quick internal referencing. 

Also, I’d still love to hear if anyone has opinions regarding Newsgroups VS Web Forums???
