Software Engineering, Project Management, and Effectiveness
Kaizen is a Japanese term for continuous improvement. A little Kaizen goes a long way over time. From a personal development standoint, it's key for overcoming resistance.

The Japanese word kaizen (改善) means "improvement". There is no "continuous" sense to the word.
Just for reference, here are two definitions from Japanese dictionaries.
Nihon Kokugo Daijiten: 「物事の悪い面を改めてよくすること。よい方向へ改めること。改良。⇔改悪。」
Thanks for the clarification Nihon.
Is there a Japanese equivalent for the English concept of "continuous improvement"? (i.e. how to say *continuous* Kaizen?)
