SharePoint Server TechNet Webcasts... Are you tunning in or viewing on demand?

I did a webcast last week and was looking through the huge set of webcasts that are available for SharePoint Server, Exchange, MOM, Windows, SQL, etc...  There are at least 2 or 3 a day!  I've been working with the TechNet team to make sure the "best of" the SharePoint Conference and TechEd session content and the best of what SharePoint Server has to offer.
