Hi,
Currently I'm attending the TechReady6 seminar in Seattle. You can consider it to be the Microsoft internal version of TechEd if you want. Although we're not yet allowed to blog about the content I must say that there is a lot of new things coming our way in 2008 en beyond. Some I already knew, but some came as a total surprise. And I mean that in a positive way :o)
There will be a tremendeous amount of new things that will make our live a lot easier. Just wait and see ...
No content blogging about TechReady so just my thoughts about the event. It's nice to meet all these new people and the enthousiasm they have. There are around 6000 attendees which is amazing. In the evening you only see people carrying backpacked laptops and entrance badges. We're easy to recognize :o) I wonder what Seattle downtown is like when we're not around ... Whatever strikes me is how they manage to organize an event this size. I first experienced that in Amsterdam at TechEd many years ago.Thousands of people who have to register, need breakfast and lunch. An uncountable number of sessions that need to be planned, technically supported and start on time. And there never seems to go something wrong ...
Anyway, once we've got the green light for blogging the content I'll post my personal favorite highlights. Stay tuned ...
