I've had a chat with some colleagues (none of whom are &amp;quot;in the know&amp;quot;) and have come to the conclusion that MSMQ will not make the leap from Windows Mobile to Windows Phone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Windows Phone requires development on Silverlight and even 4.0 does not include any MSMQ code. There's also no equivalent functionality that you could use instead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It looks like you will need to start from scratch - no simple migration path.&lt;/p&gt;
