For some reason this feature is hidden in Outlook 2010.

1) Click the Office Button in the upper left hand corner.

OfficeButton

2) Click “Open” and then “Import”

OpenImport

3) Import and Export Wizard Dialog Appears.  Select “Export RSS Feeds to an OPML file”.

ImportExport

4) Select the feeds you want to export. Click Next

5) Enter a file name. Click Next

  • It's a little odd that "Export" comes under "Import". Hopefully this will be fixed in the final release.

  • i can't believe it, it isn't user friendly

  • What if it doesn't show all of your RSS feeds?

  • Thank you for this post, helped me find the feature. Immediately sent a frowny face for horrendous placement and lack of intuitive use.

  • hilarious that the answer to a question I had today was not only the #1 hit on Bing, but was a blog post by a friend and co-worker :)

  • And it is still called Import (only) ...

  • Thanks for this top tip.

I recommend Microsoft add it to the right click menu on 'RSS Feeds' in the tree.

  • Ditto!  My they really need to reconfigure Outlook 2010!  Here we are in 2011 and still no change to this issue.    If I right click on my RSS Feed in Outlook Favorites, I should right there have the option to import or export, not just import.  I would think for MS that this isn't rocket science .  Thanks so much for this post!
