Ted Turner's publicity stunts of fans rolling peanuts down the first base line with their noses, Chief Knock-A-Homa in his tee-pee in the outfield, Fat-boy Bob Horner (who bore a stiking resemblance to wrestler Dusty Rhodes, the American Dream), and was mesmerized by a side-arm throwing Gene Garber.  I shed a tear for the old FulCo Stadium, and thought Henry Aaron Stadium should have been built on Ted Turner Drive.

Although I disagree with the tight pants comment, we ought to get some folks up for some cold beers and baseball. As a pure Atlanta resident and fan, I even went to the games back in the 80's when they sucked!  I've always loved my Braves...and besides where else can you sip beer and leer at men in tight pants and hurl obscenities without causing a raised eyebrow :)
