Instead of just reading about how to perform a particular programming task in the documentation, you can watch a demonstration of the procedures described!  Harry Miller and I produced a new version of the Creating Your First Visual Basic Program video:

and we provide a link to the video from the documentation. 

This video is posted on the Beginner Developer Learning Center.

Because the documentation in the MSDN Library is now getting updated on a regular (usually monthly) basis, we plan to produce more videos and link to them from our documentation. If you have suggestions for videos or comments about the format, please let me know!
