After the first preview shown and made available at MIX 2010 in March, Internet Explorer 9 Platform Preview 3 is now available for download and testing. This is, as with the previous two versions, a preview build without any navigation functionality. It’s really made to let you test the rendering and performance. Hi, I'm really glad to see the progress on IE9. Thanks to the IE Team.
One question though: will it be possible to install on older system (eventhough they aren't supported anymore - Win2k/WinXP). Vast majority of IE6 users keep on using those older OS'es
From what I've read, IE9 is only available on Vista and Win7 ... ie.microsoft.com/.../Default.html

Correct, I'm afraid the release notes mention support for Vista & Win7 only.
