Meetings at Microsoft are an inevitable thing. Scheduling rooms for meetings is also an inevitable thing...I think it takes longer to schedule a meeting and finding a room than it should... Today, the Find Printer dialog can autofill my location correctly...

Florin brings up an important point...something we normally forget to do, making our machines more vulnerable to hackers. You dont really need to be logged in as an administrator all the time while developing software. Read Florin's post here .
