A friend of mine, who is a fantastic cook, showed me a catalog picture this evening and said, "I want to learn how to make that." The picture depicted one of my favorite fancy deserts, Molten Chocolate Cake.

A search on google will find a lot of different receipes (10.5K?), but the one I prefer is found at the That's My Home website. If you are a chocolate lover and have never had this don't delay...make this at your earliest opportunity. If you are somewhat damaged and chocolate is not your thing, I still recommend the web site.

I will warn you that I find it necessary to cut the richness of this cake with a lot of ice cream (IMHO, vanilla bean works the best).
