Somehow Microsoft can run both Microsoft Stores and contract out to Digital River for Windows/Office student deals and DreamSpark, but when it comes time to sell products at academic prices, they forget DreamSpark verification, existing sales -- and even their Canadian Microsoft Stores and that&#39;s that.
