As you plan to adopt VS Lab Management 2010 for managing your labs, you will probably have several questions on your mind such as:

How many servers do I need?

What kinds of servers should I buy?

I've ran VMM on a Virtual Machine for the past 2 years now without a problem. Of course, your mileage may vary. (I manage about 350 VMs on it)

This is Lab management. Hudson is a build server. Too different things

As a seasoned professional, i see the setup as a very complex setup. However about creating a VM that can be distributed to customer. In a very moving company, we don't really have time to dedicate an IT team to setup this up. Take hudson for example. Anyone can create a fairly complicated distributed CI system without much help or reading through and encylocedpia of instructions.

nice try at TCM but won't be too successfull in my humble opinion.
