Pradeep U.N. is Program Manager for Microsoft Technology Strategy Services at Microsoft Corp. In this current role for Microsoft WorldWide Enterprise Support & Services Pradeep works with Strategy, Product Mgmt, Development, Marketing, IT and Communications together with Microsoft’s field by helping them transfer internal Product/Services knowledge to Services SKUs to enhance customer and partner satisfaction with Microsoft® products. Pradeep and his team work very closely with Microsoft product management, product groups, worldwide field professionals in testing, deploying and evaluating services-SKUs before they are shipped to enterprise customers.

Before his current role at Microsoft, Pradeep was the Program Manager helping the launch of the Microsoft Security Risk Assessment Program. He has also led teams worldwide in building a Global Workshop-SKU delivery infrastructure.

Before joining Microsoft in May 2005, Pradeep worked in the industry in field (customer facing) and corporate positions at Computer Associates and Unisys Corporation. He was responsible for analyzing enterprise customer technology requirements and aligning their IT needs to their business needs. Pradeep has an end to end hands-on enterprise experience from customer needs analysis to solution-architecting, deployment and operational optimization.  He has focused his career on focusing his work towards solutions that has a “customer-first” approach.

Pradeep has an MBA from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, tennis, playing drums and mentoring students. He loves watching cricket, American football and is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He continues his mentorship work by serving on the board of the Seattle Alumni Chapter of the Tepper School of Business and of the Seattle Business School Alliance
