Good morning John,

I wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to tell you about on of the best-kept secrets in the Microsoft Organization. Her name is Gail Steele.

Since the very first meeting, by phone, she has been a one-stop-shop for information, motivation, encouragement, and support for Digicon Corporation in general and me specifically. The Customer Care, NOT Customer Service on each and every call, email, is by far one of the reasons I never dread hearing from her.

She consistently displays what is referred to in the tech world as CPU. However, in my case I mean, CONSIDERATION – PROFESSIONALISM – UNDERSTANDING. This package is wrapped up in a Subject Matter Expert coat and driven around in a “Love-For-What-I-Do” car.

Thanks for having a person of this caliber on your staff. She is TRULY an asset to your organization. And it is a pleasure each time we get the opportunity to communication!
