Our game plan for the Web 2.0 for business is coming along. Perfect? No. Disaster? I don't think so.
For the booth, we've got 2 stations, one about the MSFT technology set that enables Web 2.0 strategy deployment. The other is a rotating set of partner-built solutions (i3 Solutions, Portal Solutions, and Susquehanna Technologies) demonstrating the technology in action.
Our call to action: email the web20 AT microsoft.com alias and get invited to the wiki to add your thoughts to the What is Microsoft's Web 2.0 Strategy? paper.
Now, the next step is to generate buzz and drive people to the booth (I will be the Wal-mart greeter). I used ideas from Seth Godin on trade shows and tactics as a guideline. I don't think I hit them all, but here's the offer.
I figure, all I need is ONE person to take us up on it and get people talking.
Now, a valid question would be: are you getting the right people at the booth? Very valid.
