&lt;p&gt;Deleting the environment variable worked for me.. I&amp;#39;ve been frustrated with this issue for so long. Finally found a solution here! Thanks!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here I'm using MOSS 2007 and Exchange 2007. The above given code is not working for Exchange 2007.Please mention if there are any additional setting or code has to be added.&lt;/p&gt;
