If you're traveling to Ireland or Germany, you can now use Hotels.com's localized sites with Virtual Earth maps. The integration is rather simple showing maps of the hotel locations - just click one of the hotels and click on the panel to view the map. Hotels.com did include some custom map navigation with their implementation including reseting the map to the original zoom level and recentering on the hotel, custom pan and zoom bars and a popout menu including instructions. You can see the
Irish
and
German
sites respectively by following the links. I'm still waiting for that pan and discover travel site. :)
