The Solution is to make your default internet explorer a 32-bit one when opening SQL Server Reports. Cause I did waste 2 weeks looking for a solution and 3 days with MS agents when I found the solution by chance on my own!!!!!!

This works on all Window 7 64-bit OS. Took me forever to figure this out and through trial and error got it.
