&lt;p&gt;Here in Vietnam, Drupal is sth for advanced developers, while Joomla and esp Wordpress are for intermediate and non-tech guys like me. :D&lt;/p&gt;

WordPress is most often used as a blog platform although it can be extended to do nearly anything. Drupal is a CMS but that too can be extended any number of ways. So whether one is better than the other depends on what it is you are trying to do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Certainly worth taking a look at both to see which suits your needs better.&lt;/p&gt;
