What a fitting book Neal Stephenson's book Snow Crash (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=fm6qWx0ABO&isbn=0553380958&itm=6) is for those that grew up in the 80s slinging code on TRS-80s, TI-99 4As, Commodore 64/Vic 20s, Apple 2* and the like.  I read it while vacationing in the Dominican Republic and was enthralled to the point that I longed to be off the beach and hacking around like I did when I was a kid.  It is amazing the future vision Stephenson had in 1992 for technology and the culture of those who cut their teeth in the early days.  With many laugh out loud moments, this book reinforces while I love technology so much.

A must read.
