We are currently working on an architecture for the desktop that is re-usable in many contexts within Financial Services companies including, Broker-Trader Desktops, Call Center and branch banking/insurance needs.  Our work is largely based on the Composite Application Block (http://www.gotdotnet.com/Workspaces/Workspace.aspx?id=22f72167-af95-44ce-a6ca-f2eafbf2653c) and includes a FS specific messaging framework and an entitiy agreegator.  Are we missing anything major?
