If you want to configure it manually (since SP1 isn't out yet), you can create an access rule:

1. Open ISA management console, click on firewall policy
2. On firewall task, select Create new access rule
3. Name the rule something like "TS inbound to SBS server"
4. Select Allow
5. Rule will apply to "Seletect protocol", and add the RDP (Terminal Services) protocol (not sure why RDP (Terminal Services) Server protocol doesn't work with access rules, it does work with Server Publishing Rules though).
6. Access rule sources = External Network
7. Access rule destination = Localhost network
8. User Sets = All Users
9. Finish, Apply changes
