2. Importing Partial File for Catalog Import? The answer is no you can't import partial files but you can use a query to export which could resolve some scenarios. If you must then I would recommend reading the XML file and creating a new XML file based on your business rules.
3. Marketing Tools:
• dmlrun.exe
• PurgeCommerceData.exe This tool has other options but the question was more specific about Marketing.
• Remove deleted data: customers, campaigns, global expressions, campaign items, ads, discounts, Direct Mail templates, and coupon codes that are older than the "deleted number of days" specified.
