&lt;p&gt;The suggestion to use a manifest to get themed controls in the configuration dialog is a great suggestion. &amp;nbsp;I've passed this on to the deployment team.&lt;/p&gt;

If that changes, and probably the next major version requires VS 2008, then it's acceptable.&lt;/p&gt;
