This support plan is designed to complement the services you provide to our mutual customers.

 

In the past, your customers could only receive full vendor support across their Microsoft portfolio by purchasing two Microsoft service plans: Premier Support and Microsoft Dynamics Deluxe Support Services. Now, by extending Premier Support to the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio of products, your customers will benefit from a seamless, “one Microsoft” support experience.
