Please note that the following route to your Step by Step practice files also works:

1. Visit our catalog online.
2. In the Search box (in the upper right corner), type in the title of the book you’re searching for.  For example: Microsoft Word 2010 Step by Step
3. In the list that appears, click the title of the book you’re looking for.
4. On the book’s catalog page (here’s the example), click the “Practice Files” link in the right column.
5. Follow the instructions that appear: click the “Download the practice files” link, click “Save,” and so on. That’s it!
