Many of our free ebooks are offered in three formats - PDF, Mobi (Kindle) and epub.

I downloaded 4 books from this list. Out of this four no book was offered in epud or Mobi. So, what exactly did you mean by saying "Many of our free ebooks are offered in three formats" ???
If you read the actual links listed above, you will see that "in the middle" they provide a link to the e-PUB and MOBI version of the downloads. Try it again and you will see what he means.
As an example...here is quote from "Programming Windows Phone 7"...'And, as of August 1, 2011, you can now download an EPUB version here and a MOBI version here. The 'EUB version' contains the hyperlink and so does the MOBI version.
