However, anywhere working doesn’t mean less security.With Windows 8 BT have implemented a virtual smartcard, which allows remote users to seamlessly & securely access resources inside BT’s corporate network without having to launch a separate VPN.

Windows 8 also brings the possibility to develop dedicated internal Line of Business & external B2C Apps. With these apps BT increases interaction with their customers, offering a new functionality such as obtaining customer signatures and giving customers the ability to provide real time feedback at the end of the visit.
