Folks, a local service called My Health Portfolio went live with a soft launch to consumers with diabetes to offer them more integrated support in managing their diabetic data and management. The service allows diabetics to upload their glucose readings via mobile and PC, both manually and automatically depending on device. The solution allows the consumer to set wellness targets, monitor progress, provide reminders and access to education. A fantastic initiative aimed at consumer empowerment.
