So as you guys can guess there are actually a couple of books coming out for Microsoft CRM 3.0.

Wiley is publishing Microsoft CRM for Dummies. This book is being written by David Lee and Joel Scott. (I will let you know how this book turns out... I am the Technical Editor, so I get to make sure they aren't lying too bad. :-) ) Microsoft CRM 3 for Dummies

Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is being published by Microsoft Press. I don't know a whole lot about it other than Mike Snyder from Sonoma Partners is one of the authors. Working with Microsoft CRM 3

In addition, I have been reading our training that we have put together for 3.0. I would add that to the reading list in a heartbeat. The customization training is way cool. I am in the process of stealing some of those scripts for the next version of the demo VPC.

Other books on CRM that appear to be pretty popular on Amazon include the CRM at the Speed of Light by Paul Greenberg.

If you’re looking at implementing Microsoft CRM at your company, I would look at Dick Lee's books. I haven't read this version, but my old Sales Force Automation Survival Guide is dog eared and tattered from reading and marking it up all the time...
