This one-day workshop intended for Microsoft Partners will provide guidance on how to build targeted CRM demos. Every business has unique needs and Microsoft CRM enables Partners to tailor solutions to meet most customer requirements. Partners will learn to quickly identify key business needs, map them into Microsoft CRM, and identify/plan configuration. Technical hands-on-labs will walk partners through the most common configuration techniques.
