I've just uploaded an update to CEFileWiz (v3.2) - There are a couple of changes.

1. For a CE 6.0 project the new default ouput folder for new projects is now \Wince600\3rdParty - the previous default output folder was \Wince600\Public - hopefully this makes it easier for you to find your project files rather than mixing them with the CE 6.0 Public files.
2. I found an issue running CEFileWiz on Win7 where I was opening files as R/W to check the PE header for a file being a managed executable/DLL - I changed this to now open R/O.
