Having been berated on Twitter this morning for failing to be intimately familiar with the symbols on my status bar (specifically I didn’t recognise the vibrate mode symbol), I thought I’d clear things up by publishing my understanding of what they mean.

See, I thought (10) was a sports score tracker. I did wonder why they kept resetting the second teams score.
Rugby or basketball at those sort of levels :)

The triangle (4), if my memory is correct, definitely means you are in or near a Youth Hostel.

Thank you for posting this! I came across a bacon proximity alert yesterday and didn't understand the symbol either. That's a bummer as I really love bacon. (Can't imagine why I couldn't smell the bacon in that small meeting room though...)
P.S. I usually keep my Exercize Profile on easy.
Mmmm bacon. I think that every time I see that icon. Maybe with vnext, we can add a bacon sensor, or better, a bacon provider.
