Just came across Mike Harsh's very cool WPF/E Pad. It's a split view, XAML on the bottom and the rendered result on the top.

An awesome tool to help you better understand XAML and to test your own. Ohh, and did I mention it's written largely in XAML and is an embedded WPF/E app - very cool.
