OK, so I'm really excited about CRM 'Titan' and I'm actively recruiting UK ISVs onto our early adopter 'Ascend' program. 

The multi-tenanted, multi-lingual and multi-currency features are fantastic and will definitely open up a host of opportunities.  There are even more features, particularly from an ISV point of view, which will lead to greater architectural opportunities and improvements, however...
