If you used Fiddler before, you would know that it doesn’t work out of the box on localhost. The instructions on how to hook it up didn’t work for me trying to debug traffic of a .Net app on Windows 8. After applying those steps, I had tried 127.0.0.1, localhost, ipv4.fiddler, but none of them worked. The only thing that worked for me was to use the network card’s IP address, that did it.
