In the April 2007 issue of MSDN Magazine, I described a project I'm working on - it's a client that lets you geotag existing JPG files on your drives. You should check it out; it's pretty cool, and demonstrates a couple of concepts as well (reading from a JPG with .NET, hosting a Web window and interacting with the Virtual Earth SDK).
As I was writing the article, I decided that I wanted to invent a new word: geopegging. Everyone else gets to invent little words to describe incremental changes in existing technology. Geopegging is mine. Since geotagging is already in wide use, I had to figure out what geopegging was. So from here on forward, geopegging is when you geotag a JPG by clicking on a map.
