Just a quick note: we are conducting maintenance on Subscriber Downloads starting 9:30pm tonight (US West Coast time), and lasting until 4:30am tomorrow morning (again, US West Coast Time).
During the outage, customers will see errors when attempting to view or claim any product keys. If you need access to your keys during the downtime, click the handy Export Key List to XML link on your My Product Keys page ahead of time, and you'll download an XML file with your keys included to access offline.
