Finally tonight after a brief break due to a date night and illness, I managed to get a workout in. I’m still not feeling 100%, but I felt good enough tonight to do a reasonable workout in the hope that it would make me feel a little better, if only briefly.
So, tonight I focused only on Cardio boxing, alternating between the Bronze and Silver programs. The great thing about the Silver program is the varying speeds, so you end up doing the same routine slowly and then faster at the end to complete each cycle.
