Just out from the SBS Team here at Microsoft, the "Migrating Windows Small Business Server 2003 to New Hardware" document is finally available in the Windows Small Business Server Technical Library. It will soon be available to download in DOC format.

This document solution helps:

• Install Windows SBS 2003 on a new computer
• Join the new computer to the existing Microsoft® Active Directory® directory services domain
• Migrate Windows SBS 2003 settings and data from the old computer to the new computer.

Please note, if your original SBS Server license is an OEM license and you did not add Software Assurance to it within 90 days of the OEM software purchase, you do not have transfer rights and will need a new SBS Server license for the new box.
