Shortly after my “How do we get the SBS Software Assurance benefits such as: Outlook 2007, Entourage 2008, ISA 2006 + additional Windows Server 2003, and Office SharePoint Designer 2007 now that SBS 2008 is out?, post went live, I received a follow-up question that said, “Can you make it clear of what part numbers we need to specifically ask for and what fees we will pay? I've had several reports of people calling that number and it's not clear for those trying to get these benefits.”

Well, I’ve reached out to the various teams and am happy to share with you the chart of part numbers you will need to order the media kits for those specific SA benefits you are eligible for if you had SBS 2003 with Software Assurance (Premium in some cases, so see earlier post above for what you are eligible for). Here are those part #s:
