Earlier today, a Partner submitted a question asking if there is a resource from Microsoft that helps explain the “technical jargon” that you see in so many places today so that they could better understand many of the documents and new technologies out today and coming out. Since I thought this was a pretty good question and one that I am sure many others have thought of and maybe not asked, I figured I would share the answer I sent to them here on the Blog for all of you as well.
On the Microsoft website, we actually have a page called, “Resources to Decode Technical Jargon.” On it, you will find links to several resources to help you decode and understand what the various words and terms mean.
I hope this helps you in your journey to better understand all of the technical jargon out there and on the positive side, there is bound to be even more terms just around the corner that we don’t know today but will need to know tomorrow. Of course, I still think the whole “ESP” acronym takes the prize.
Thank you and have a wonderful day,
