Here is a great Partner support initiative and resource that the Microsoft UK Team has put in place for Partners called, “Ask Partner.” Ask Partner is a Microsoft call centre service that provides Microsoft UK Partners with pre-sales product and service information and helps answer queries relating to Microsoft products, licensing and Microsoft Financing. UK-based partners can contact Ask Partner by phone or email. The service is available 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Not only is this resource helping Partners address their questions through the phone and email support it is providing, the Microsoft UK Team has also put together a collection of many of the top questions they are receiving through this Partner service on the Microsoft UK Partner Portal where Partners can click through and view these top items as well as their answers. Here are some of the groups of questions and answers they have posted up there right now:
