In this post, I want to make sure you all know how you too can be a part of these Vision Keynotes both here in-person with us if you are a Worldwide Partner Conference attendee, or if you are one of our partners joining us virtually from around the world.

Virtually: As noted in my Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2012, WPC12, social media, networking, keynote streaming, MPN Live, and mobile all for you post, we will be streaming the Vision Keynote from Worldwide Partner Conference live from at 9:00 am EST on the Digital WPC site.

In Person: If you are here at Worldwide Partner Conference with us, the Day 2 Vision Keynotes with Satya Nadella, Kirill Tatarinov, Brad Smith, Laura Ipsen, and Charles Thomas Gruhler will be taking place in the Air Canada Centre, not at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, so please be sure to head to the right place. We are serving breakfast at the Air Canada Centre from 7:00 – 8:30 am EST, so please join us before the Vision Keynotes for so breakfast to kick the day off.

Attendee Transportation to the Vision Keynote:
If you are at Worldwide Partner Conference with us and staying at one of the conference hotels, shuttles between the WPC 2012 hotels and the Air Canada Centre (ACC) run every 10-15 minutes except for the walking hotels. This means that except for the walking hotels, you can take the shuttles directly to the Air Canada Centre for the Vision Keynotes in the morning. Also, the shuttles do go to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) from the Worldwide Partner Conference 2012 hotels. MTCC pick-up/drop-off location is on Front Street outside of Level 200 (North Building).

NOTE: There is no shuttle service after the Vision Keynote from the ACC to the MTCC. Please use the pedestrian walkways on Bremner Blvd. and enter the MTCC through the South Building.

Walking Hotels include: Fairmont Royal York, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown, Hotel Le Germain, Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square, Hotel Victoria, Hyatt Regency Toronto, InterContinental Toronto Centre, Le Meridien King Edward, One King West Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Renaissance Hotel, Residence Inn Downtown Toronto, Ritz Carlton, SoHo Metropolitan Hotel, Strathcona Hotel

Social Media: I have a ton of tips for you on taking part in the social media aspect of Worldwide Partner Conference 2012 in my Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2012, WPC12, social media, networking, keynote streaming, MPN Live, and mobile all for you post, so please be sure to take a look at that for even more insights on how to get the most out of Worldwide Partner Conference 2012. At a bare minimum, be sure to use the #WPC12 hashtag and the #MSPartner hashtag in your coverage of the Vision Keynotes as well as all of the Worldwide Partner Conference information to be part of the online conversation taking place.

Tweetup: Speaking of social media, we’re hosting a Tweetup today taking place from 1:30 – 3:00 pm at the Irish Embassy Pub & Grill, located at 49 Yonge St. (at Wellington). Thanks to Kevin McMillen (@Ryantechinc) for setting this up! Be sure to stop by and say, “Hi,” and I’d love to grab a quick picture to add you to my 2012 “Fantastic people of WPC” post (like this one)

I hope this quick overview helps get you ready to join us for the Day 2 Vision keynotes here at Worldwide Partner Conference 2012. I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow here in person and online in the social media world!
