Throughout the year I try to share resources and information with you that I think will be helpful for you. Often times these resources will include links to free eBooks that we make available on a variety of topics. Today, I thought I would post a large collection of eBooks for you here so that you can find them in one place and consume them as you see fit. Also, if you find this list helpful, please share it with your peers and colleagues so that they too can benefit from these resources.
Due to the incredible popularity of this post, I’ve added a second post on even MORE free Microsoft eBooks and Resource Kits available for you, in case you are interested.
I hope you find these resources to be helpful in learning about and using the various solutions and technologies referenced. I’d love to hear your feedback on these, so please feel free to give me your input.
Did you find this information helpful? If so, you may want to make sure you are utilizing all of the areas I share information online, such as:
By the way, another great place to find free books is the E-Book Gallery for Microsoft Technologies on the TechNet Wiki. You can also find their Twitter feed (@MSFreeEBooks) in the Products section of the Microsoft Partner Info Mobile App.
Thanks again for being a reader of my blog!

Awesome! Thanks!
Hi Eric. Thanks for making these available, but I can't seem to be able to connect to your server. Is it down?
Has anyone else run into this: Chrome will not allow me to straight download Programming Windows 8. It first tells me that it might harm my computer, and then when I tell it to go anyway, it tells me "This might hurt. Don't say we didn't warn you." That's really strange to me. First of all, my antivirus didn't pick up anything weird. Second, this is suspicious since Google is starting to make a push for HTML5 apps. What gives, Google?
tnx 1000 times :)
Thanks for sharing Eric
