This process is not friction free. Simply providing an agreement number is not sufficient. The direct marketing system apparently has no knowledge of open value agreement numbers.

I was asked to provide proof of purchase for my license and software assurance. I then have to fax copies of invoices or receipts from CDW for my payments. Additionally, I was asked to fax a copy of the media kit I received for Small Busines Server 2008 premium, showing the part number.
