The direct marketing system apparently has no knowledge of open value agreement numbers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was asked to provide proof of purchase for my license and software assurance. &amp;nbsp;I then have to fax copies of invoices or receipts from CDW for my payments. &amp;nbsp;Additionally, I was asked to fax a copy of the media kit I received for Small Busines Server 2008 premium, showing the part number.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://blogs.msdn.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=9180523" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
