Perhaps the future is always Now! - However, the advancements and possibilities for developers with the Windows Live Mesh service just get better and better. Mesh just announced that the service is generally available to the public as a beta, which is terriffic, but not everyone that just takes a quick look at the service might realize all that's going on with Mesh - or what the it might eventually look like. There is a Channel 9 video from April where Ori Amiga talks about and shows Mesh working with PCs, Macs, and mobile devices - and talks about the integration of applications (taking applications offline, for example) with Mesh.

 I'm really excited about Mesh - hopefully after watching this, you will be too.
