Welcome, with the economy where it is I have been compelled to join the blogosphere. In the tough times, organizations find it hard to connect with a consumer. As consumer spends less, making a differentiated offering to distance your self from the competition as well as improve your market position is becoming increasingly hard. To win the heart and mind one must be very creative. But its those who innovate will ultimately win the game.
In a non-unique but creative fashion, I will attempt to create a showcase how companies in the US and around the world have begun to use innovation to capture the heart and mind of the consumer.
