John Lam
,
Dino Viehland
and I conducted a session on building languages on top of the
Dynamic Language Runtime
, at the three day DLR Compiler Dev Labs, that concluded recently. John spoke about IronRuby and how it's being implemented. Dino talked about some of the DLR concepts like dynamic sites. I covered Managed JScript and the challenges we faced implementing it on the DLR. The deck for this talk has been uploaded by John,
here
.
Vince Bonfanti
was there and he has posted his thoughts and take aways. He seems to have made great progress in getting BlueDragon implemented on the DLR.
